David has been in practice for over 30 years. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a US Enrolled Agent, able to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. David specialises in advising individuals on tax residency and domicile-related matters, UK and international double taxation issues and UK and US personal tax compliance and planning, with a particular focus on the interaction between UK and US taxes.
