Richard Smethurst

Richard been in practice for over 20 years. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of Taxation Technician. Richard specialises in advising entertainment and sports professionals, including international taxation planning.  He also has experience acting for businesses on tax aspects of M&A activities and advising OMBs on a wide range of tax issues including transactions, raising investment, employee incentivisation, exit planning and real estate.
